We welcome local vendors to rent space in our store on weekends to sell their goods alongside our store's products, which include jewellery, games and activities, plushies, figurines, collectibles, Canadian snacks, and more.* Come join the bustling Kensington Market community by being part of the Interesting Things Vendor Market!

location & hours
Interesting Things is located at 173 Baldwin Street in Toronto's lively Kensington Market, nestled between Chinatown and Little Italy, easily accessible by foot and public transit.
The Interesting Things Vendor Market is currently open on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays only.*
Our Summer 2024 Hours are 11am - 7pm, with a flexible closing time depending on foot traffic. Vendors are able to set up beginning at 10am and may stay past 7pm if the market remains busy with customers.

Each year we enjoy Kensington Market's monthly Pedestrian Sundays from May through October, on which the streets of the neighbourhood are closed to vehicles on the last Sunday of the month starting at 1PM.
We do not have dedicated parking for vendors at this time, but metered street parking is available on our block and nearby in the surrounding neighbourhood (with the exception of Pedestrian Sundays, on which Kensington Market is closed to cars for the majority of the day).​

*Separate from the Vendor Market, we also offer one sidewalk vendor space directly in front of our store, 7 days a week. Please fill out our basic contact form to inquire.

​Vendor spaces are available for rent by table, in 2 sizes (see dimensions below), and may be indoors or outdoors (covered outdoor market area open seasonally). 1 chair provided per table. Vendors may provide their own additional equipment as long as their setup is contained to their rented space.

Free wifi is available to all vendors. Electrical outlets are available indoors, with limited availability outdoors. Newly renovated vendors’ amenities include a clean private washroom, fridge, microwave, kettle, plus complimentary coffee and bottled water.
